Steve B. Straske II is the Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Ferman Motor Car Company and its affiliated entities. His principle responsibilities include legal and regulatory compliance, and service as the corporate finance and insurance director. With Jim Ferman and Preston Farrior, Steve was honored as F&I Management and Technology Magazine's 2005 F&I Dealer of the Year, as well as a member of that magazine's annual "Who's Who in F&I." Prior to joining the Ferman organization in May 2000, Mr. Straske worked as a tax attorney with Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft in their New York City office and as a tax and transactional attorney with Hill Ward & Henderson, P.A. in Tampa. He holds degrees from Georgetown University (AB 1987, JD 1991, MBA 1991) and New York University (LLM Taxation 1995), and is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel.
